I attended an event at the Halifax Community Hall in Halifax, Vermont. There were Native Americans there to demonstrate their craft through a demonstration (flint knapping). And others, Raven Shadow and Walks Beside Me, for instance, through their words.
In this video, these two women shared amazing information and stories about Native American life, traditions, culture and their objects. It was illuminating. There aren’t enough words in my vocabulary to explain how enlightening my experience was.
