The Levis Family Buried at Dellwood Cemetery

A friend wanted to visit Dellwood Cemetery because she has relatives buried there. Although we never found her family, we did find the gorgeous marble monuments of the Levis Family. Unfortunately, I have not been able to find any information on them online. That said, I know how much we enjoyed looking at these grave markers and thought you would, too.

“The Dellwood Cemetery Association was incorporated in the State of Vermont in 1865, and through the munificence of Judge Mark Skinner and Edward S. Isham of Chicago among others, became one of the most beautiful cemeteries of the country.

Dellwood is in the shadow of Mt. Equinox, the tallest peak in the Taconic mountain range at the southern end of Main Street in historic Manchester Village.

Plots are available…”-
