Today’s video is the result of strolling another section of the Village Cemetery in Shelburne, Vermont. My ultimate goal is to film all of it. I’m nearly there, which is exciting.
There is an old Germanic belief that a person is truly dead when their name and deeds are forgotten. Granted, I don’t typically know of these people’s deeds. But by speaking their names, they are no longer forgotten.
So, join me as I stroll this portion of graves at the Village Cemetery.
The Village Cemetery was first used in 1796 and contains 2000+ graves.
