NEWEST SECTION of the Village Cemetery in Shelburne, Vermont!

YouTube Poster

In today’s video, I had walked through deep snow to film the farthest reaches of the Village Cemetery in Shelburne, Vermont. This is the newest section of that cemetery.

“Garrad Burritt gave the land for the Old Section of the Village Cemetery in 1829. With over 2000+ burials, the Village cemetery is one of the most well tended, beautiful cemeteries in the State of Vermont.

St. Catherine’s Cemetery is now included in the Village Cemetery.”-https://www.shelburnevt.org/222/Village-Cemetery

Slocum Annex is the newest section of the Village Cemetery in Shelburne, Vermont. The snow was probably 15″ deep and the windchill made it feel below zero Fahrenheit. It was still worth visiting. Keep in mind that the cemetery is not plowed. Photo snapped on January 20, 2022.
